She was predeceased by : her parents, Andrew Jackson Henry and Eunice Busby Henry; her husband Herbert Tolar Hulsey; and her siblings, Betty Henry Tiner (Howard) and Julious Edward Henry (Naomi).

She is survived by : her sisters, Annette Henry West (late L. J. West) and Barbara Henry Holley (Tommy); and her children, Debbie Myers (Mike), Wanda James (Eric "Poncho"), Keith Hulsey (Jennifer) and Scott Hulsey (Kelly Hughes). She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Freeman Funeral Home (1305 Skyland Dr, Waynesboro, MS 39367). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Freeman Funeral Home Chapel (1305 Skyland Dr, Waynesboro, MS 39367). A burial was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 at the Waynesboro Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Children's Ministry or the foreign mission fund at Calvary Baptist Church in Waynesboro, MS (615 South Street).
