He was predeceased by : his mother Alma Eglin Hosey Garlick; his stepfather Nicholas "Nick" Garlick; his father William H. Hosey; and his brother William H. "Bill" Hosey Jr.. He is survived by : his wife Mercedes L. Hosey of Wiggins; and his children, Gary C Hosey (Sandi) of Brevard, NC, Monica H. Lewis (Ted) of Wiggins and Teresa Hosey Curley (John M.) of Hattiesburg.
