He is survived by : his sisters, Sylvia Thomas, Betty Holden and Grace Houghton; and his children, Janet Black (Jim), Dean Kolstad, Carolyn Rees (Randy), Darryl Kolstad (Lori) and Gene Kolstad (Ehrica).
