He is survived by: his son Teddy; his spouse Sherri Nichols; his daughter Kari Nichols; his mother Shirley Nichols; and his siblings, Cathy Girton, Dory Schiele (Bill), Jenni Micheletti (Joe), Clyde L Nichols Jr. (Jeri Kay) and Rob Nichols (Linda).
