She is survived by : her parents, Dennis Holman and Donna Faw Holman; her husband Leland Dwayne Mullens Jr.; her children, Leland Dwayne Mullens III (Kayla), Danielle Renee Mullens Doornek (Jordan) and DeOnna Elizabeth Mullens Salazar (Steven); her siblings, David Holman (Sandy) and Debbie Holman Hathaway (Marc); and her grandchildren, Mica, Cedar, Jasper, Brooklyn, Madison, Greyson, Haylee and Ryleigh.
