It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marcia McNeil of Big Timber, Montana, born in Moscow, Idaho, who passed away on November 28, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Paul Hoskins and Kathryn Hoskins; her sister Kathy; her former husband Steven L McNeil; her children, Leah and Laine; and also, Alan and Dan.
