He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Sievertsen and Julia Sievertsen (Rubin); his son Andrew; and his siblings, Sherry Springer, Pam Kray, Susie Boit and Chris Sievertsen.

He is survived by: his siblings, John, Craig and Cindy Wear. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
