She was predeceased by: her parents, Julius Verhasselt and Blanche Verhasselt; and the fathers of children, Russ Boland and Joe Sanders. She is survived by: her siblings, Bobbie Reynolds, Jack Verhasselt (Jan) and Ray Verhasselt (Linda); her grandchildren, Kori, Andy, Sean, Katie, Janel, Russel, David II, Chrissy and Salice; her great grandchildren, Brandi, Sophie, Chris, Jacob, Evelyn, Anisten, Isaiah, Dakota, Tierra, Jesse, Jordan, Uriah and Tristen; her grandchildren, Dean, Randi, Brian and Clay McCaffree; and her daughter Monique Keehn. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Each of us kids would have been honored to reciprocate that love and care for mom through her declining health, but dementia and Alzheimer's called the shots, and her best care was in long term nursing where she succumbed to her disease.
