He was predeceased by: his parents, Marie and Melvin. He is survived by: his wife Judy; and his brothers, Jerry Leitheiser (Cheryl), Rolland Leitheiser (Linda) and David Leitheiser (Donna). He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, great-nephews, nieces and great-great nephews and nieces.
