He is survived by: his children, Peggy Lind, Susan LaFontaine (Martin), Judy Shelhamer, Mindy Pulliam, Thomas Lane and Kenneth Lane (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Andy Schultz, Carrie Schultz, Jennifer Cain, Cindy Sampson, Megan Shelhamer, Matt Shelhamer, Brogan Pulliam, Alura Lane and Tanner Lane; and his great grandchildren, Cassie, Cooper, Sydney, Alivia, Drew, London and Declan. He is also survived by his parents and three brothers.
