He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry J. Keiper Sr and Celestia Keiper (Susie); his son Duane; and his siblings, Norma Sorenson (Keiper) and Erich Keiper.
He is survived by: his child Henry; his wife Luella; his child Lori Smith (Bill); his grandsons, Cory and Kelly Smith; his great grandchildren, Wayne Keiper (Linda) and Scott Keiper (Greta); and his grandchildren, Corbin Keiper, Mackenzie and Madeleine Keiper.
