He is survived by: his sister Joyce Michels; his nephew Steve Michels (Deanna); his niece Karen (Zane Gray); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Sean Gray (Aubrey) and Chase Gray (Lani); and also, Jakob Michels (Holly), Eliza and Deavyn.
