He was predeceased by: his parents, Alva Bunch and Mamie Bunch; and his sister Lucy. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Bunch; his children, Zane Bunch (Gabrielle), Wayne Bunch (Amy), Lisa Hofferber (Tim), Jodi Breakenridge (Fou Mamea) and Kelly Breakenridge; and his grandchildren, Kayla, Benjamin, Zachary, Tori, Cassidy, Madison, Izzie, Josie, Lexi, Jordan, Mason, Ruah and Solomon.
