He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Paul Gahagan, Violet Gahagan, William Neibauer and Bertha Neibauer. He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Neibauer (Kathy) of Billings and Paula Yarbrough-Evans (Eric) of Colorado; his brother Mark Neibauer (Tish) of Colorado; and his niece Jennell Donnes (Darren) of Billings.
