Joy Sian Obituary

We are sad to announce that on July 3, 2019, at the age of 84, Joy Sian (Billings, Montana) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Welborn and Captola Potts Welborn; and her brothers, Dale and Dean. She is survived by: her husband Herman; her children, Robin Sian of Worden, Valley Sian of Worden, Bambi Dalke (Lenny) of Worden, Randy Sian (Carolyn) of Pompeys Pillar and Peri Martin (Rick) of Coeur; and her brothers, Russell Welborn of Anacortes, Stanley Welborn of Worden and Don Welborn (Pat). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
