She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Barbara Ann Lelek "Nana", Victor Lelek "Bompa" and Lorraine Hoepfner-Schmidt; and her pets, Bosco and Anna.
She is survived by: her pets, Cameron, Isabelle, Jack and Nikki; her children, Jake Scott Miller and Jordan Sara Miller; her husband Rick Stewart Gonzales; her parents, Vicki Ann Hoepfner (Lelek) and Jerry Hoepfner; and her sisters, Debbie Diane Tucker (Hoepfner) and Lisa Deacon.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the following charities: Leiomyosarcoma Support & Direct Research Foundation, National Leiomyosarcoma Foundation, and/or any research toward finding a cure (or viable treatments) for leiomyosarcoma.
