He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Chris Mangen and Loretta Mangen; his wife Mary Alice Bilbrey (Snookums); his children, Melissa Reinhardt (Kevin), Amanda Lewis (Hal), Josh Bilbrey (Jana) and Jiggs Bilbrey (Marlee); his daughter-in-law Trish Bilbrey; his grandchildren, Amelia, Oliver, Sam, Claira John, Hayle, Leighton, Ashley, Jaxon, Shaylee, Rickee, Randen, Ridger, Jace, Jeret, J'Ann, Jaxcee, Quinn and Mallory; his brothers, Chris Jr. (Shelly) and Dan (Ramona); his siblings-in-law, Keith Slovek (Edith), Doug Slovek (Sandy), Diane Gittings (Charlie), Kathy Arthur (Greg) and Laurie Mann (Ron); his uncle Pete Mangen; his cousin Doug Mangen; and his stepson Judd Bilbrey. He was also cherished by Numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of many other relatives and friends.
