He was predeceased by : his parents, Alton D. Annis and Orla Lott Annis; and his wife Ella Wagner. He is survived by : his children, Matthew (Donna) of Wyoming and Wendy (Mike) of North Dakota. He is also survived by 2 brothers; 4 sisters; 3 step-brothers; one step-sister; 2 grandchildren; and numerous nephews and nieces.
