She was predeceased by : her parents, Melvin Arnold and Gertrude Ford (Ostrum); her former life partner Robert Mathews; and her husband Chuck Fellers, 3rd (Walter "Sonny Boy"). She is survived by : her children, Robert "Robbie" Mathews, Tammy Mathews (Doug Leys), Earl "Sonny" Fellers (Rory) and Ashley Carrier; her stepdaughter Diane Nelson (Fellers); her brothers, Eugene Ford and Frank "Frankie" Ford (Diane Groce); her great grandchildren, Joshua Hagen, Raylene Akins, Jaiden Gammell and Hayzleigh Davison; her granddaughter-in-law Josie Moline; her sons, Donald Mathews and Tommy Fellers; her grandchildren, Rheannon Whetham and Trysten Fellers; her great grandchild Arianna Hagen; and her siblings, Diane Carrier, Sylvia Stevens, Sonny Ford, Don Ford, Ronald Ford and Benny Ford. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and lifelong friends.
In Lieu of flowers memorials in Donna's name may be sent to the Trysten Fellers Memorial Scholarship Fund or a charity of the donor's choice.
