He was predeceased by : his sister Grace Sorum. He is survived by : his parents, Keith Sorum of Columbus, MT and Angela Penninger; his stepfather Doug Penninger of Billings; and his sister Emily Coulston.

The family requests memorial contributions be made to the Suicide Prevention Coalition of Yellowstone Valley in lieu of flowers.
