She was predeceased by : her parents, Arthur Johnson and Lydia Johnson (Levanen); her siblings, Dale Johnson and Ann Patterson; and her daughter Kathy Skipper.
She is survived by : her husband Harley Smith; her daughter Terri McIntosh (Tony); her son-in-law Dan Skipper; her siblings, Jeanette Knoell (Rodger) and Dave Johnson (Shirley); her grandchildren, Jason Smith (Michele), Shevee McIntosh, Marci Fourneir (Dan), Danielle Skipper, Alicia Wendland (Eric), Erin Schrader (James), Lexie, Brianna Belice, Marissa McIntosh, Grace, Shay Fourneir, Tylor and Rylee Brazil; and her great great grandchildren, Landen, Alydia, Layne, Cole Wendland and Mia Schrader. She is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, extended family.
