She was predeceased by : her parents, Earnest A. Hassett and Mary Dale Ward; her husband Jacob Lesofski; and her brothers, Earnest Hassett, George A. Hassett and John Sampson.

She is survived by : her children, Anthony "Tony" Lesofski (Jessie) of Pendroy, MT and Monica Cotton of Fayetteville, NC; her grandchildren, Mary Rice (George) of Helena, MT, Robert, Charles Lesofski of Pendroy, MT, Christina Birkhofer (John) of Sterling, VA and John Cotton of Chicago, IL; and her great grandchildren, Elizabeth, Hunter, Spencer, Hannah, Jacob and Sydney.

Per Anne's wishes, in Lieu of flowers, "just send flowers".
