She was predeceased by : her husband Vincent Van Ransler; her parents, Nils and Ina; her siblings, Edward Kalstrom (Helen), Robert Kalstrom, Marshall Kalstrom (Verle), Nels Kalstrom, Melvin Kalstrom (Geri), Lester Kalstrom and Bonye Sharbono (Jack); and her granddaughter Misti Matulewicz (Croy).

She is survived by : her daughters, Betty and Linda Robustelli (John); her grandchildren, Wendi Baird (Bryan), Tim Croy (Sara Hovland) and Carlea Langston (Darryl); her great grandchildren, Eric, Tanner, Taylor, Morgan, Garrett, Austin and Connor; and her sisters, Marlene Aman of Billings and Diane Venable (Herman) of Gresham, Oregon. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a contribution in Betty's memory to the Beaver Lodge Cemetery, PO Box 189, Ekalaka, Montana, to help with the continued care of the cemetery.
