He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Rose and Anita Ewalt Rose; his former wife Virginia Nagy of Frenchtown; his daughter Patricia Rose Kern; his grandchildren, Ashley Ann Brence and James Mikel Brence; and his sister Esther Geiger (Jack).
He is survived by: his wife Darlene Carter; his children, Nancy Brence (Paul) and Russell Rose (Charise); his grandchildren, Justin Rose, Michael Rose, Angela Sedgwick (Seth), Emily Vennes (Kyle), Buster Kern, Rye Kern, Mary Rose and Rachel Rose; and his great grandchildren, Wyatt Sedgwick and Kacee Vennes.
