He is survived by : his spouse Cora; his children, Betty Goggins, Bob Goggins (Terri), Janet Endecott, Jim Goggins (Shelly) and Pat Goggins (Michelle); his grandchildren, Coralee Butterfield (Chad), Rachel Endecott and Coy Goggins (Valene); his great grandchildren, Aaron Butterfield and Marlee Butterfield; and his siblings-in-law, Babe Goggins, Millie Goggins, Sue Crum (Gary Foust), Alice Crum (Don), George Ellinghouse and Bill Amdor.
