She was predeceased by : her parents, Arthur N. Biltoft and Anna G. Biltoft (Falk); and her husband Johnny R. Lay. She is survived by : her children, Julie Ann Hitchcock (Wineteer), Maxine Joan Donahue (Wineteer) and Steven Charles Tallent (Kathleen Tallent); her stepdaughter Virginia Duchesne (Lay); her grandchildren, Lisa Kunze (Hitchcock), Brian Hitchcock, Jace Tallent, Jake Duchesne and Gabriella Duchesne; and her brother Donald Biltoft of Tenino Washington. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild.
