He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Toulouse and Elizabeth Toulouse; and his sister Jan Woods. He is survived by: his spouse Winnie O'Connell; his pet Rex; his children, Jeff Toulouse (Raelene) of Blackfoot, ID and Jodie Israel of Medford, OR; his grandchildren, Laura, Tracy, Crystal, Alison, Richard, C. J. and Nathan; his nieces, Debbie, Barbara, Jeannie and Sandy; and his pet Angie.
