He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Fred Getts and Mamie "Dolly" Getts; his wife Patricia DeMuth-Getts; his daughters, Kori Rioux, Melissa Getts and Dee DeMuth; his sisters, Nancy Hartley (Van) and Hazel Davison (Al); and his grandchildren, Josh Getts, Shylo Rioux, Jacob Rioux, Bianca Sullivan and Shaylinn Rioux. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
