He is survived by: his mother Patricia Fornall; his wife Jennifer Sowers; his siblings, Kevin Fornall (Sheila), Pam Haggarty and Tom Fowlkes (Tani); his siblings' children, Eric Mack, Jenni Fuller (Matt), Kim Fornall and Cassady Fowlkes; his stepchildren, Teran Sowers and Mikaela Permann (Cody); and his granddaughters, Aurora and Arabella Sowers.
