He was predeceased by: his father Maurice Fornall. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Fornall; his wife Jennifer Sowers; his siblings, Kevin Fornall (Sheila), Pam Haggarty and Tom Fowlkes (Tani); his nephew Eric Mack; his nieces, Jenni Fuller (Matt), Kim Fornall and Cassady Fowlkes; his stepchildren, Teran Sowers and Mikaela Permann (Cody); and his granddaughters, Aurora and Arabella Sowers.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the O'Connor Memorial Chapel (2425 8th Ave N, Great Falls, MT 59401).
