She was predeceased by: her parents, Elbert Pugh and Leora Pugh; her siblings, Alfred Pugh, Mary Alice Anderson and Wydell Gregory; and her granddaughters, Katya Ballantyne and Maria Ballantyne Ealy.
She is survived by: her sisters, Bonnie (Leamon) and Carolyn Clark (Edward); her children, David Ballantyne (Susan), Julie Stenzel (Brent), Lori Solomon (Bill) and Keith Ballantyne (Christina); her grandchildren, Erik Ballantyne (Stacia), Kendra Ballantyne, Brittany Meyer (Carl), Cole, Luke Stenzel, Mark, Rachel Solomon, Andrew and Callum Ballantyne; and her great grandchildren, Hailey and Kylie Ballantyne.
