He is survived by: his mother Marie Joseph Rapp; his former wife Margaret Tesch; his wife Barbara Manuel; his foster son Michael; his children, Bill (Kathryn), Jeremy (Sammantha), Michael, Deanne and Bridgette; and his siblings, Tim (Phyllis), Craig (Candy), Laurie (Mitch) and Cathy.
