He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Wayne A. Murdock and Judith Evelyn Greenfield. He is survived by: his parents, Kent Murdock and Stephani Murdock (Greenfield); his siblings, Hillary Nystrom (Kaleb Nystrom), Paige Butkay (Levi Butkay) and Katie Murdock (Ethan Frasier); his siblings' children, Bentley Butkay, Sadie Butkay, Lucy Butkay and McCoy Butkay; and his grandparents, Thomas Rodger Greenfield and Judith Ann Murdock. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Bullis Mortuary (507 N Center Ave, Hardin, MT 59034). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Crow Indian Baptist Church (583 Medicine Horse Rd, Lodge Grass, MT 59050). A burial was held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at the Lodge Grass Cemetery Cemetery Road Lodge.
