She was predeceased by : her parents, Carl Joppa and Grace Joppa (Shoop); her husband Bill Armstrong; her daughter Deborah "Debbie" Heggen; and her siblings, Linda Armstrong (Joppa) and Leonard "Bob" Joppa.

She is survived by : her children, Janice Williamson (Rick), Gail Nesslar (Scott), Harold Armstrong, David Armstrong (Susan) and Daniel Armstrong; and her grandchildren, Michelle Miller, Ryan, Dustin Armstrong, Nicholas Wagner, Cassie Heggen, Ross Williamson, Jake Nesslar and Katrina Nesslar.
