She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecilia Parker and Levi Belcourt; her siblings, Gerald "Chief" Belcourt Sr., Myrtle Belcourt, Levi Belcourt, Elsie Geboe, Linda Belcourt, Duane Belcourt, Margaret "Peggy" Nagel, Connie Jo Belcourt, Tami Corcoran, Kermit Corcoran and Mike Ley; and her close friend Erwin Little Sun.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Dezmond Hare, Parker Booth and Madzi Booth; her daughters, Dawn Houle (Milo Booth) of Maryland, Florence Hare (Gerald Brittan) of Oklahoma and Sable Little Sun of Montana; and her siblings, Merle Belcourt, Robert Belcourt, Raymond "Jake" Parker Jr. and Martin Parker. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and friends.
Luanne's family has suggested memorial donations be sent to the American Indian College Fund.
