She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Winter and Mary Winter (Jaeger); and her sister Shirley Ann Dow. She is survived by: her sibling's children, Jeff Dow (Sherry Lynn) and Melanie Berna (Dan); her great-nieces, Alexandra Kimball (Rylie) and Kalyn Dow; her great-nephew Grady Dow; Mia Kimball.
In her memory, she asks that you make a friend, share a smile, trade some books, laugh, take some time to smell the roses, do a kindness for someone or give to a charity of your choice.
