She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Regina Barbour (Wahl) and Charles C. Barbour; her husband Ivan S. Fowler; her children, Gloria Van Spanckeren (Rein) and Arthur Fowler (Karina); and her grandson Charles A. Fowler. She was also cherished by many cousins and extended family.
