She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Patrick and Ella Ruth Patrick (Sharples); her sons, Scott and Mike; and her siblings, Donna Coate, Patricia Taylor, Shelby and David Patrick.
She is survived by: her husband Duane "Jack" Smith; her children, Carla Coffers (Las Vegas), Ruth Moericke (Ron) of Vergas, MN, Joyce Love (Lindy Proue) and Dwan Winden (Pat Proue); and her grandchildren, Dustin, Scott, Jamie, Katrina, Josh, Ronnie, Krista, Sara, Casey, Ruthie, Rachel, Michael, Cari, Matt and Dani. She is also survived by 24 great grandchildren.
