He was predeceased by: his parent Samual; and his siblings, Betty, Dorothy, Catherine and Samual (Danny).
He is survived by: his wife Nora; his children, Glinda Straub (Mark), Vernett Shaw (David), Debbie Williams (Rich) and Shane McTaggart (Rosmery); and his siblings, David, Larry McTaggart and Karen Yergen. He is also survived by grandchildren, (18) great-grandchildren.
