He is survived by: his parents, David Phillips and Helen Phillips (Munski); his siblings, Tom (Elaine) of Hilger and Margaret Miller (Len) of Ephrata; and his cousin Ken Munski (Cindy) of Lewistown. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces and numerous cousins.
