He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Goldizen and Deanna Goldizen (Yerkes); his wife Stephanie Goldizen (Brooks); and his sister Pam (Stephanie). He is survived by: his former wife Ramona Payne; his sons, Cirby and Kris; his close friend Corby Mortensen; and his sisters, Patti and Robin.
