He was predeceased by : his parents, Conwell McClellan and Georgia Wallace (Adams) of Montana; his siblings, Thelma Mae Wallace, Ada Anne Wallace and Jack Wallace; and his daughter Marianna Wallace.

He is survived by : his siblings, Marlene Wallace, Clayton Wallace, Jess Wallace and Bill Wallace; his children, Dale C. Wallace Jr., Andrea Wallace Richardson and Bridgette Wallace; his grandson William Richardson; his stepchildren, Orion Seaford and Christian Clark; and his stepgrandchildren, Tavius Seaford, Zoe Seaford, Alyah Seaford, Tyson Clark, Riley Clark and Makayla Clark.
