He is survived by: his close friend Rhoda Mills; his father Dennis Michael Metcalf, Sr.; his children, Josh Mills, Autumn Metcalf, Austin Metcalf and Jade Metcalf; his grandchildren, Rosalie Metcalf and Axel Metcalf; and his brother Dan Metcalf. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
