He was predeceased by : his parents, Gunnar Mickelsen and Esther Mickelsen (Shain); his aunts, Anna Marie and Beverly Shain; his uncle John Gibbs; his cousin Alden Mikkelsen (Snoop); and his aunts and uncles, Asgar, Ebba Mikkelsen, Bitte and Ola Skaarup.
He is survived by : his wife Tina Mickelsen (Pitch); his children, Keri Ames (Jeremiah) of Lewistown, MT, Shane Mickelsen (Angie) of Billings, MT and John Mickelsen of Missoula, MT; his brothers, Peter Mickelsen (Nancy) of Lewistown, MT and Michael Mickelsen (Judy) of Waltham, MA; and his grandson Jackson Ames of Lewistown, MT.
Friends are asked to make memorials to the charity of their choice and they may be left with the Cloyd Funeral Home.
