He was predeceased by : his mother Frances Taggart (Lacock); his former life partner Sally Joan Taggart (Peterson); his father Harry H.; his stepmother Mary Victoria Brakke Taggart (Stuart); and his stepsiblings, Nelsa Brakke and Grayson Brakke.
He is survived by : his son Mitchell; his wife Beverly of Hot Springs; his children, Sybil Peterson (Tim) of Columbus and Timothy Taggart (Jodi) of Bellemont, AZ; his stepdaughter Deone Benninghoven of Washington; his sisters, Roberta Barger (David) of Colorado Springs, CO, Melita Green of Chicago, IL and Elna Tims (Alan) of St. Cloud, MN.; and also Sally. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and multiple nieces and nephews.
