She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerry O'Neill and Alma O'Neill; her husband David Koch; her brothers, Ray (Wilma O'Neill) and Jim (Peggy O'Neill); and her sister-in-law Mary O'Neill.
She is survived by: her children, Malinda (Mindy), Eric Stensrud, Jeff (Lori Talbott) and Neil Koch (Robert Koch); her grandchildren, Rachel (Stensrud), Peter Ignaszewski, Logan Stensrud (Lindsey Stockamp), Nickolas Talbott, Ryan Talbott, Danni Johnston, Krista Johnston, Conner Richardson, Cole Koch and Olivia Hanson; her brother Jerry O'Neill; and her pet Mollie.
