He was predeceased by: his siblings, Carol, Doris and Tommy; his daughter Andrea; and his stepdaughter Chuckie.
He is survived by: his child Andréa; his wife Connie; his children, Dureen (Kenny), Carla (Danny), Shawn (Ambree), Jonathan, Travyn Thornton and Cheyenne McClure (Kristin); his stepchildren, Charleen, Leslie, Luke, Lee and Eric; and his siblings, Bill Blixt, Jeannie Dennis and Peggy Koepplin (Delbert). He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren.
