He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Grant Preston and Garnet Preston; his sister Phyllis Eckblad; his wife Dorothy; his children, Barry, Nisa Wallace, Dale Preston and Carole Perry; his grandchildren, Maya Wallace, Erin Wallace, Mason Lagerquist (Lynn) and Ariana Diehm (David); his great grandchildren, Gwen Diehm and Dasha Diehm; his grandfather Dwight; his brother Jay; and his sisters-in-law, Beth Preston and Joan Dedman. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
Dwight was fond of supporting veteran's causes so a donation in his name would be an honor in lieu of flowers.
