He was predeceased by: his parents, Estel Max Clay and Willie "Veda" Clay; his brother John; his son Benjamin; his nephew Jeffrey; and his granddaughter Freya.
He is survived by: his children, Donna, John, Patrick, Andy and Thomas; his wife Margaret; his children, Rita and Tyson; his siblings, Donna, Patrick, Andy and Thomas; his stepdaughter Janelle; his stepgrandchildren, Scotty, Katie and Paul; and his aunt Anna-Myrle. He is also survived by his many brothers and sisters-in-law and his many nephews and nieces-in-law.
