Azure, Luanne Azure, Albert Culbertson (Buzz), Kay Culbertson (Jim), Janet Fredericks (Adam), Brenda Sandoval-Homeyer (Brian), Keith Albertson (Denise), Bret Albertson (Meghann), Kirk Albertson, Jay Albertson, Jackie Azure, Rodney Azure Jr. (June), John Azure (JD), Dodi Bernard (Dale), Dennis Christiansen and Debra Mason; his granddaughter Scarlett; and his sisters, Louanne, Zelma and Gloreen.
