He was predeceased by : his parents, Revell Smith and Faye Tate Smith. He is survived by : his close friend Stephanie Ramirez; his son Michael Isaac Smith of Bear Creek; and his aunt Diane Tate Devore of Springfield, Missouri. He is also survived by other relatives and many good friends.
